Our Story

Repair Wins was founded in 2021 although the idea was born many years prior. After noticing a lack of reputable repair businesses, we founded our own. Initially, we sold goods on an online marketplace to fund the purchase of repair tools and other equipment. More recently, we started providing repair services both to businesses and individual customers. Over 2 short years, we have repaired hundreds of devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops, synthesisers, microwaves and TVs. Some devices are designed to deter repair. We take them on anyway as they’d end up as waste otherwise. We’re proud to play a part in minimising e-waste.

Our Aim

Repair Wins believes that electronic devices should be designed with repair in mind and that manufacturers should sell you spare parts. A battery replacement, for example, shouldn’t require several special tools and a high risk of damage to your device. It should be a simple process from start to finish.
